We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide for $4.99 and FREE shipping for orders over $55. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the website of the shipping carrier.

Returns

We will accept returns of non perishable items, still in new condition, in their original packaging, proof of purchase to one of our store locations within 7 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] before returning an item to a store.
